This listing is for one PCI-8431/8, High-Performance, 8-Port RS485/RS422 Serial Interface for PCI, with new in original NI bag breakout cable which provides eight DB9 male connectors as shown. The board has been fully tested including handshake lines using external loopback adapter on each port. The board also passes all NI-Serial utility self tests. The board has assy # 191880B-02L (RoHS compliant). All items for sale in this listing are those shown in photos. From NI- The NI PCI-8431/8 is a high-performance, 8-port serial interface board for high-speed communication with RS485 or RS422 devices at rates of up to 3 Mbit/s. The PCI-8431/8 offers flexible baud rates for data transmissions between 57 bit/s and 3 Mbit/s to within 1 percent accuracy for nonstandard baud rates and 0.01 percent accuracy for standard baud rates. With the high-performance DMA engine, you achieve high throughput with minimal CPU usage. Through the hyperthreading and multiprocessor support, you can take advantage of the latest PC technology for higher speeds and better efficiency.  The PCI-8431/8 board with breakout cable will be well packaged and sent in outer box, by USPS Priority Mail, insured, signature required. The tracking # will be entered into ebay and paypal after shipment.

Seller Notes “Used National Instruments (NI) PCI-8431/8 8-port RS485/RS422 board, fully tested, in very good condition, with minor cosmetic wear that does not affect function or performance. Includes breakout cable with eight male DB9 connectors per port (new in bag as shown, same part # cable used in testing). Each RS485 port was checked for full rate operation with external loopback adapter, including handshake control lines.”
