The item is in Fair cosmetic and working condition. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. The display port is slightly bent. The hopper is bent in various places. There are some heavy scratches on the front panel. The device has heavy scuffs and scratches on the outside. I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord. I was able to test the display and on board buttons to be working. I was able to count bills accurately. I was able to test the UV & magnetic protection detector to be working. Product is in working condition.
