TESTING & COSMETIC NOTES: This is a USED WORKING item in GOOD cosmetic condition that IS THOROUGHLY TESTED and is GUARANTEED WORKING We connected our air compressor(air compressor NOT included) to the unit and item successfully presses and seals. The dwell time knob keeps the plate sealed to the time we set. See our testing video for detail. Both top and bottom plates heat up. All gauges and meters are responding well. The pressure gauge has a minor crack on the plastic cover(see photo). The unit comes attached to a metal table/stand. This can be removed prior to shipment at a buyer's request to save on shipping costs, however this will not affect the final sale price of the item.
