The ratchet mechanism is housed in a heavy cast gray iron case and is submerged in oil for long life. They are also great for high pressure bearing lubrication and for pumping thin or viscous fluids or non-abrasive slurries. These chemical injectors are designed to be positive displacement pumps, which are powered by a walking beam, rod line, or rocker arm. With the Texsteam 1201-DP, you'll have a reliable piece of equipment that will help you get the job done right. The pumps are connected by a nominal pipe or wire line, and the unit pumps on the upstroke of the beam action. The injector arm returns to its set position on the downstroke. Texsteam 1200 Series Chemical Injectors are suitable for injecting chemicals such as de-emulsifiers, solvents, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, lubricants, and other chemicals. Texsteam 1201-DP is the perfect solution for chemical injection on beam pumped oil wells.
