Texsteam 1205-DP features a durable ratchet mechanism housed in a precision-bored, heavy cast gray iron case. The mechanism is submerged in oil for extended longevity. Texsteam 1205-DP, a member of the 1200 Series Beam Driven Chemical Injector, is a top-performing plunger that boasts a size of 1/2" and double injector heads. With its efficient design, it can effectively pump various chemicals in a beam pumped oil well. Investing in Texsteam 1205-DP guarantees reliable and long-lasting pumping performance for your beam pumped oil well operations. The plunger is ideal for various applications, including the injection of chemicals such as de-emulsifiers, solvents, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, and lubricants. It also performs well in high-pressure bearing lubrication and the pumping of thin or viscous fluids or non-abrasive slurries. As a positive displacement type pump, Texsteam 1205-DP utilizes the direct connection to the motion of a walking beam, rod line, or rocker arm. It does so using a length of nominal pipe or wire line. The injector arm, powered by the beam action, pumps on the upstroke and returns to its initial position for the downstroke.
