Ideal for spraying GFRC to countertop molds up to 1/2", 3/4" and 1" fiber, the Ez-Tex SprayAll hopper gun can create a range of thickness from 1/16 to 1" thick heavy coat to structural mold. It can spray up to 1" GFRC and GFRG premix up to 4% ratio. The hopper includes a 0.625" back-coat nozzle and an additional 0.35" face coat nozzle for spraying cement mix products to a mold. Other features of the Mist Coat Gun include a 2.5 gallon hopper, 4 spray nozzles (1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, and 5/16”), air adjustment valve for spraying control, and fluid volume control at the back of the gun. To achieve the best performance, it is recommended to use a gas or electric air compressor with 15 to 30 gallon air tank and 12 cfm at 100 psi. For those who want to achieve a decorative cement finish on floor areas or spray the first face/mist coat on GFRC molds, the 30-100-H Mist Coat Gun is perfect. It is specially designed for contractors and DIY enthusiasts alike. The hopper comes with front and back molded handles for easy and comfortable use, and a special 40 degree hopper neck for spraying horizontal to flooring and GFRC decorative molds. Both the Ez-Tex SprayAll and the 30-100-H Mist Coat Gun come with a top-notch two years limited warranty (excluding consumable components).
