Available today is a 100% rebuilt Texwrap Model 2202 Fully Automatic, Continuous Motion Shrink sealer. Over $24,000 in New Parts alone were put on this machine. Built NEW in 2001. Today, a comparable model is the Texwrap Model 2011 that sells for $83,000 + Options This 2001 model is still 100% fully supported by Texwrap. Some of the things that were performed on the rebuild: We took the machine completely down. We replaced all of the slide bearings, many of the roller bearings, the belts, air line tubing, etc. We replaced the main clutch with the newer style larger clutch, we replaced the film drive roller with the newer style. We removed the round side seal and put a Green Machine on it. Features a 22" wide Seal bar with a 10" opening. 100' of film per minute can be processed through the machine. We get asked how many cycles per minute it will run, and that answer is completely dependent on the package size. If we are running something relatively low profile (like a board game) and around 12" long, you can expect about 75+ pieces per minute. Ships from: St Louis, MO.
