THE ADD VISE Package #3 Starter Upgrade - $3450.00 This package includes our leveling head, all applicable hardware, clamping blocks (2), granite surface plate and “ T “ wrench This set allows any ADD VISE owner of a Package #1 Starter or a Package #2 Starter Plus to upgrade their ADD VISE to a full Pro Series 1 or Pro Series 2 by adding a leveling head, all applicable hardware, EDM machine table clamping block, granite surface plate with clamping block and " T " wrench for X, Y, Z, and camber adjustments. THE ADD VISE is a truly economical, precision vise for EDM professionals that do not have “Blank Check” tooling budgets. It was designed by two EDM guys who were tired of the high cost and ineptness of what was available by the current manufacturers. We found that you had two options with the current manufacturers. Either go “All In” and spend a lot of money to get what you really want / need (even if it isn’t in your budget), or buy what you can afford now, and when you can afford it, pay full price again for what you wanted / needed in the first place. With THE ADD VISE, you can buy what you can afford now, and ADD pieces later as you can afford them, to build what you really wanted / needed from the start. No more wasted tooling dollars by buying a basic table vise from the current manufacturers, that will end up getting thrown in a drawer at a later date and forgotten, when you can finally afford to buy a complete package vise with leveling head that you really wanted. THE ADD VISE eliminates the wasted tooling dollars by engineering our basic table vise to be fully upgradeable. We pre-machine each vise to be able to work with every additional component we offer. By purchasing The Package #3 Starter Upgrade ( leveling head, all applicable hardware, clamping blocks, granite surface plate and “ T “ wrench), you can turn any Package #1 or #2 Starter into a full Pro Series 1 or Pro Series 2. We also didn’t like the fact that you need to buy a different vise for each and every different shape or size of part you needed to hold. A vise for square parts, a vise for round parts, a vise for thin parts, a vise for heavy blocks, etc. And don’t forget about the “Nice, Expensive” cabinet you’ll need, just to hold all your different vises. With our unique “Taper Lock” design, there is no longer a need to buy another vise for each and every different holding need you come across. It’s just a matter of swapping out a set of jaws. With THE ADD VISE, we are also able to customize a set a jaws to fit any holding need you have, no matter the shape. Just send us the shape and we can design a set of jaws to hold it. We already have small squeeze jaws for holding rounds. If you prefer, v-block jaws, we have those in various sizes in stock too. THE ADD VISE is the last EDM vise you will need to buy.
