Item comes Brand New in Factory Sealed Packaging!!! **These Photos are from a recent Installation of an ATTIC TENT done by my Insulation Company and all work that you see was done by me personally, including the Blown Insulation you see in the first photo. If you have an Attic Access Stair in your home, you need to install an ATTIC TENT by Insulsure!! The ATTIC TENT is a specially engineered and patented insulator designed to create an air transfer barrier between your Attic and the Heated Living Space of your Home. Installation Steps: First make sure you have the proper dimensions of your Attic Stair this will determine the model of Attic Tent needed From inside the Attic, place the Attic Tent with the internal zippers facing the top of the stairs, where you will enter to and from the Attic. Situate the flanges that surround the Attic Tent evenly and flat around the rough frame of the Attic Stair so you have solid wood to attach to. Staple the flange on all sides as evenly as possible with as many staples as needed, roughly every inch all the way around. The more the merrier! With a caulk gun, run a continuous bead of Caulk around the perimeter of the inside of the Flange between the surface it is stapled to for a complete Seal Enjoy the SAVINGS!!!!
