Genuine "The KICK" Mech Mod Wattage Control NEW In Retail Box The KICK is designed to take a standard 3.7 volt battery and boost the power. It operates in a range of 5 to 12 watts. There is a small trimmer resistor on the top that can be adjusted with a #1 Phillips screwdriver. The notches on the trimmer resistor are rough Watt ranges for the device. The scale is printed on the top center pole (see picture). There is a small dot on either side of the line that is the indicator of where the trimmer resistor is set. Only use IMR batteries with The KICK. For a mod that normally takes an 18650 battery, an 18500 should be used with the device; and 18500 mod would need an 18350 battery. 18350 only mods cannot use this device as a certain amount of space is required in the battery compartment. The KICK is for use with metal mods only. This includes interior metal mods such as the Paragon. The ground pogo on the side of The KICK must have a connection to the battery's negative end. The side with the blue adjustment trimmer is the output and the other side contacts the battery's positive end. Turning the trimmer clockwise increases output power and turning it counterclockwise decreases output power. There is a rough power gauge written on the contact next to the trimmer. A #1 Phillips screwdriver works well with the trimmer, although a small flat head could also be used.
