You can also heat the bottom grill or the top and bottom with one touch of the yellow switch in front. There are also two separate timers to keep your grilling consistent. This panini grill measures 20 1/2" wide X 13" long X 7" high and the top grill flexes so it can provide even heat to whatever food you are grilling.
