Very good condition for its age. All pages present. No rips, tears, or stains. There are a couple of smudges from use but nothing too bad. See pics for details. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE AUCTIONS/SALES END. After 8 days, eBay's UNPAID ITEM ASSISTANT will automatically issue a non-paying bidder alert informing eBay admin that the item was never paid for. This is done to reclaim the fee that eBay charges us for the sale. If for some reason the payment cannot be made within this time frame, the buyer is expected to make contact before the seven days end to arrange a reasonable date for payment in full. Thank you for your cooperation. **A Side Note** ALL merchandise is sold AS IS. I do my best to describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible. Of course opinions vary, and without professional grading, my opinion on the condition of an item may be slightly different than an avid fan, a collector, or yours. My items have not been professionally authenticated, serviced, or tested and I do not guarantee functionality unless otherwise stated in the description. Items are represented to the best of my ability, be aware that used items may contain unseen faults. With that said, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving any negative feedback. Better yet, contact me prior to bidding with your questions or concerns and we will avoid any potential dissatisfaction on either end. Please see my policy on returns if you have any questions. Thank you. WE ARE HAPPY TO SHIP OVERSEAS - please see the shipping area of the listing for details to your country. I DO NOT SHIP TO RUSSIA OR CHINA. In an attempt to avoid any misunderstandings and to meet eBay's international sales requirements, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift". It is a felony in the U.S. to falsify customs forms.
