Here is a book entitled NEW CATECHISM OF THE STEAM ENGINE with a subtitle of STATIONARY, MARINE, GAS AND LOCOMOTIVE ENGINES. It was written by N. HAWKINS, M. E. The book has 450 pages and is in really fine condition. It seems to have been hardly used. The book has copyright dates of 1897 and 1904. There are no torn pages or penciled pages, and the binding is very good. There are beautiful engravings on practically every page. The edges of the pages have gold on them and it is in fine condition. This is the kind of book that any mechanical engineer, or any individual that an interest in the evolution of machinery would be interested in.
