This Welch Allyn Electronic Stethoscope provides superior sound reproduction by utilizing a highly directional, recessed pressure sensor.  Ambient environmental noise is eliminated by this sensor.  Amplification can be varied by the user from the volume control.  A selector picks one of three predetermined frequency ranges for Pulmonary (H: High - frequency range); wide listening range (mid-position); or, Cardiology (L: Low frequency sounds).  The on/off button has a timer that automatically turns off the stethoscope after  3 minutes.  An extra set of ear tips are included.  The electronic system is run on two high - energy lithium batteries.  Two new batteries are included in the container and shipped in separate zip lock bags for installation upon use of stethoscope.  This unit has an 80cm long sound tube making it versatile for use on animals.  An external is built in for a PC.  The original box the stethoscope is stored in shows wear.  Otherwise the stethoscope is in very good condition.  Original Users Manual included.
