This auction is for a balance with weights made by The Torsion Balance Company. The balance and weights are in very nice cosmetic condition. I do not understand how this scale works so I do not know if the scale works or not. When I unlock the scale the balances are rigid. I don't know if it just needs to be set up properly and adjusted or if it doesn't work.  This is a no reserve auction with a very low opening bid. Shipping is free to buyers in the United States for USPS standard shipping. If the buyer would prefer Priority delivery service, the shipping charge will be a flat fee of $15.00 for USPS Priority shipping. International buyers pay actual shipping charges.
