The Upjohn Co. Tree Manifold Freeze Dryer Component 12 Valves, 23" Wide x 18" Tall Condition is Used. Power Cords: Standard power cords are available upon request. Special type power cords, adapters or power supplies are specified in the ad if included. Should the buyer wish to have a standard power cord for their item (if applicable), please specify in the order message details to “please include a power cord, if available”. We will do our best to accommodate anyone that needs a power cord, IF we still have any on hand. We have some in stock but not enough for every single item, so please be courteous. Shipping: Shipping is based on a calculated weight and dimensions of the item being listed. Flat rate fees for LTL freight are set rates based on pallet dimensions and weight of the item. The buyer may choose to add items in addition to achieve the same flat rate price so long as all items fit in the same pallet size when packed. If the buyer requires additional services such as “inside delivery” or “liftgate service” this may raise the cost of the freight price. Please make sure you specify which services you require prior to shipping so we can notify the carrier on the BOL (Bill Of Lading) and collect any additional fees if required. Returns: All item(s) are sold as is where is with no returns allowed unless the item is significantly not as described. We will work with the buyer in resolving any issues to the best of our abilities. Any item(s) being returned must be in the exact same condition as received from the buyer to qualify for a refund. We, the seller, reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee to cover any fees associated with packing and shipping the item(s) to and from the customer and a damage fee if we receive the item in a different state or condition when left our warehouse location.
