I purchased the sealer in new condition in the original crates and made about 50 seals with it before throwing in the towel on my idea. It looks like this is still a current model and if you get a quote will be around $13,000 with the chiller (+shipping). The only thing you will need to add is a small air compressor (I have a nice one that was used to make those 50 seals that I may sell). You will need to cover the heater bars. I am including a big roll of Therm-o-seal teflon heater bar cover, and some high temperature 3M silicone adhesive to mount it. You can also get peel and stick Teflon cover from Therm-o-seal for about $100. Grab a jug of DI water for the chiller and start sealing. This item is indistinguishable from new and works flawlessly.
