Foil fusing, can also be referred as hot stamping or embossing, is the process of imprinting foil to a toner image either from a copy machine or laser printer. This machine is constructed to handle sheets up to 14 1/2" wide and up to two feet long, providing a long period of customization before refilling the foil roll. To fully utilize this machine, the Foil-Tech has the option to equip an additional second foil support and rewind shaft, maximizing the space and increase the productivity. This will allow two rolls of foil, fusing instantly side-by-side, in a single pass. The Automatic Foil-Tech features user friendly instructions and controls. When papers are fed into the machine, a sensor automatically activates and begins the operation. The finished product will be transported onto a receiving tray. For the best possible display, we recommend avoiding papers that are too heavy to run through a printer, as well as high gloss coated papers.
