This listing is for one NEW Thermal Zone 4 ton packaged heat pump air conditioning unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. Electric heat can be easily added to this unit. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that one corner of the cabinet is bent along with the attached hail guard. The fins on the coil behind are slightly flattened but the coil is otherwise undamaged. The factory packaging is still in place. This damage is cosmetic and should have no effect on the unit's operation. See photos for details.
