This listing is for one NEW Thermal Zone air conditioning condensing unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This unit is intended for use with an R22 air handling unit. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that one hail guard is bent in a couple of spots. The coil fins behind are bent slightly but the coil is otherwise in good shape. This damage is cosmetic and should have no affect the unit’s performance. See photos for details.
