This compact cryo freezer has precise temperature control through the dual solenoid valves to increase LN2 injection volume, that also accelerates freezing for optimum cell viability. This controlled rate freezer is a complete one piece freezing system with a temperature range of between +50°C to -180°C. The Cryomed 7452 has an integrated thermal printer and an easy to read back lit LCD display, from which users can modify six standard preset and 10 user-defined (20 steps each) freezing profiles for custom protocols, as well as modify user passwords for added protection against accidental tampering. The interior of this liquid nitrogen freezer is built from corrosion resistant stainless steel, with an epoxy powder coated exterior and foamed in place insulation.
