We chilled the tap water but had to avoid setting the temperature too low to prevent freezing. We then heated the tap water to verify the heating function. We were unable to remove some residue on the top of the unit where the controller connects (Please see photos) Sold meeting OEM specifications and includes a 30 Day Warranty. In our opinion, unit is "just a little too heavy" to ship boxed via regular ground service. Too avoid any possible "toss-n-drop" handling, we will safely pack and secure to a half pallet for shipping via freight. To cover our packing material costs and labor, it will be necessary to add a $50 handling fee. This fee does not include the actual shipping charges. The shipping charges will be the best price based on a minimum of 2 quotes. Please contact us for additional packing / shipping options.
