When I purchased this unit it still had the manufacturing stickers on stainless steel part of unit. I used it maybe a max of 2 hours and only with distilled water. I programmed it to .01 *C accuracy ,   F1 at 50*C,  F2 at 60*C, F3 at 80*C,  and S at * 85 You will find that most of your cooking will be at 60*C Pump works on full speed and reduced speed at a flip or a switch Ships to Canadian Provinces FROM CORNWALL ONTARIO excludes YUKON, NWT, GREENLAND, LABRADOR AND NFLD (NO DUTY) And ships USPS to lower 48 States from Massena NY (no duty)
