We are specialists in Thermal Binding Machines and supplies.  In addition to having our own ThermoBind Brand machines and supplies, we represent all of the major manufacturers of thermal binding products, including Coverbind, Unibind. Pro-Bind, & Fellowes. This auction is for our new, top of the line TB800HD thermal binding machine. This is a high quality, all metal machine, with the largest capacity (over 3 inches) of any machine in its price range. The 80mm wide heating plate is PTC ceramic which is more durable and offers more stable temperature control than the mica heaters found in most other machines.   The TB800HD can bind over 20 25 page reports at the same time, at the rate of over 800 an hour. The machine has been set up to work as a Universal thermal binder that will work with hard and soft covers from all manufacturers. Three time settings offer the control needed to get good results in all circumstances. Built-in cooling fans help speed the cooling process. The TB800 has a selectable shut-off sequence. One can select the default automatic shut off which turns the heat off to the heating plate as soon as the binding cycle ends, or one can push the "Save" button which keeps the machine warm for the next batch of covers to be bound. Like most other machines, a safety shutoff will occur if there is no activity for 15 minutes. The "HD" stands for "Heavy Duty" .
