Product Description Five position magnetic stirrers provide precise, controlled, gentle stirring required for optimum cell growth. It accommodates five 1000 ml beakers. Soft Start/Soft Stop speed control permits a gradual change in speed of only 5.5 rpm to minimize cell trauma. Auxiliary receptacle at the rear of the stirrer allows you to operate four to six units using just one electrical outlet. The -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) ambient operating temperature range provides optimum performance, either on bench top or in an incubator. Stirring speed range: 1-100RPM ±3rpm. Runs on 120V, 50/60Hz All 5 positions rotate at the same speed. Components are rated for temperatures from -20 to +60°C (-4 to +140°F); excellent for incubator work. Five stirring positions Dimensions: 15 x 15 in. Stirring range up 100 RPM Most of these sold recently for between $100 and $200 each.
