For replacing various belts, this kit contains a 71.40.05 Pulley Belt for Grinders and a 71.40.21 Toothed Brew Chamber Drive Belt. There are also four 71.40.10 Grinder Ball Bearings to replace over time, which can cause problems with grinder motor strain if left unchecked. The Thermoplan CTS2 Black & White Basic Maintenance Kit is a must-have to keep your Thermoplan CTS2 Black & White Espresso Machine running smoothly. These parts are necessary replacements for standard maintenance and will help reduce downtime. The kit also includes a SERVICE Master Card, which is used to gain access to service and calibration menus for adjusting and programming the CTS2. Instructions are included on how to use the Service Card properly. Finally, there is a 71.20.57 O-ring to seal the brew solenoid to the brew block, and a 71.20.06 Moving Piston O-ring to seal the rear of the brew chamber. To seal the brew chamber while brewing, there are two types of Fixed Piston O-rings (inner and outer) and a Shower Screen O-ring. In addition, there are three 71.20.04 O-rings and 14 71.20.38 Modular Seal O-rings for multiple applications. Included in this kit are various tubes, such as the 3.3ft (1m) 71.40.84 Tube for replacing drain tubing on the CTS2's mechanical, hydraulic, and steam modules. Additionally, there is a 3.3ft (1m) 71.20.43 Tube, which replaces several tubes supplying hot water to the brew chamber and brew solenoid. Finally, there is a 3.3ft (1m) tube for replacing water supply lines, which is used on various solenoid valve lines.
