This is a used Thomas & Betts WT80 Crimping Tool, no idea what wire or connector exactly it's used on, but it seems to work and is in good shape, see photos. The tool has a adjustable dial and don't appear to be any rust or broken crimping teeth. The only two of these I could find, was being sold new for $1000 to $1500 a piece.
