Thomas Brand Potassium Ion Electrode (COMBINATION) Dry Contact Technology Dry Contact Technology replaces traditional liquid or gel-filled ISE's. Dry contact electrodes require no preconditioning. Simply place electrode in a sample and read results. This innovative technology offers unlimited shelf life and greater measurement stability. Thomas also offers a half-cell version that requires a single junction reference electrode. A separate reference electrode can be used with more than one type half-cell ISE, saving some cost.
