This is a THORLABS DET36A Si Biased Detector. It's in good shape! There is a small scratch on the included insert adapter. This does not effect the performance in anyway though. The manual can be found on the web (i.e. Thorlabs). I have utilized these detectors for triggering  digitizes from "Light" events such as high voltage breakdown or laser pulses and for other optical timing fiducials etc. Returns accepted for 2-weeks after purchase.
