This is a brand new Thunderbird (Hand-Held) PFM-555 (Powerful Food Mixer) - Combo Mixer machine from Thunderbird Food Machinery Inc. out of Dallas, Tx. With 14'' 18'' 22'' shafts included These machines are great! I stand by Thunderbird, their company not only produces a great product, but "goes above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction". I have dealt with Thunderbird for nearly 2 years and their products are basically Hobart Quality at a "Homesteaders" expectations and cost!!! I am not a Thunderbird employee, just a fellow "Homesteader" and home butcher enthusiast who doesn't mind spreading the word about great products at an affordable prices. Don't make the mistakes I did in the past by purchasing expensive equipment that is completely produced outside the U.S.A. and leaves you with unanswered dissatisfaction.
