TI 6540 General Purpose Silicon Rectifier DO-1 Top Hat Metal Case - Vintage NOS Vintage 1960s NOS Unused, But Not in Original Box. Untested. Sold as-is, for collectable purposes. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS For use in general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes application.
