It is fully functional and only has very slight wear marks from use (though, actually, not very noticeable). It has a slide off/on protective covering and it comes with a new USB power chord. Also, please note that our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. When ordering something online that is purchased after 2pm on Fridays, it will be shipped the following Tuesday. That is because we don't ship on Saturdays and we are closed Sunday and Monday. In doing this, we still fall into the category of shipping within 1-2 business days of purchase.
