Pulse feeding and delayed feeding is operational Application: 1. Precise Brazing 2. Spot welding 3. Automatic TIG Characteristic of China automatic TIG wire feeder driven by step motor 1. Used for manual welding, argon-arc welding, plasma welding and laser welding; 2. With the function of feeding wire hysteretic and drawing wire in advance; 3. Not only can be controlled automatic by single machine, but also can communicate with the host computer (485 communications); 4. Wire feeding and drawing can not only be controlled by foot pedal, but also can be controlled synchronously by the high frequency switch of the welding torch; 5. The feeding speed is 0-1000mm/min. The customer can also customize the speed. The repeatability error of the wire feeding is less than ± 5%. The product has the function of continuous and intermittent feeding of wire, while the frequency and dutyfactor of the intermittent feeding can be adjusted; 6. Welding wire with the diameter 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm and 1.6mm can all be fed. The reliable feeding distance is no less than 2m; 7.1kg, 5kg or 10kg wire reel can all be used by replacing the wire reel shaft; 8. Welding wire made of stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum can all be fed.
