High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter. A HEPA filter is a type of air filter, which means it filters the air coming in or out of the vacuum cleaner system. It can remove at least 99.99% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.3 micron or larger. North-America: Each HEPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.99% on 0.3 micron. Tested as per IEST-RP-CC001.3 and OSHA compliant. Manual Reverse Purge System The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) System allows the operator to not have to open the vacuum cleaner in order to clean the Cartridge. By opening the Reverse Purge Atmospheric Pressure Release Valve the Cartridge is automatically purged of dusts. This Purging System reduces maintenance down time. The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) works by : 1 - Closing the slider on the opening to block the suction intake orifice for approximately 5 seconds while the vacuum is running. 2 - Then quickly open Purge Valve. Air is now flowing via the valve through to the filter. Keep Purge Valve open for 1-2 seconds then close (repeat above steps 2 or 3 times). Reverse Purge System will cause dust to fall off of the filter. Detachable Recovery Tank Many of our vacuum cleaners come equipped with a detachable tank for the easy disposal of recovered materials. Our detachable tanks range in size from 20 to 160 liters (5.28 gal to 42.25 gal) and are available in stainless steel or powder coated, with or without wheels for maneuverability.
