TIL307 / TIL-307 TI 7-segment Numeric LED Display with Logic TIL307 by TI - Texas Instruments is a 7-segment Digital Numeric Display with Logic. Shows digits 0...9 and a right hand decimal point. The logic includes: decade counter, latch, current source driver and decoder. Status: Discontinued. TIL307 is one of the most desired displays from the whole TIL30x series of displays, because it includes FULL logic. TIL306 is the same as TIL307 with left hand decimal point. TIL308 and TIL309 also contain logic but they do not include decade counter. Wavelength = 660 nm Digit size: 6.5 x 4.4 mm (0.25 x 0.17 inch). 16-pin GOLD-pin package, suitable for mounting directly on a PCB or in normal DIP-16 sockets.
