This Ebay item is used equipment by Time Sysstems Corp of Mountain View CA. IT is A Time Systems Corp model 300 Universal Counter - Timer as pictured with -7- NIXIE LIGHT Tubes as pictured. This powers up fine & all -7- lights come on. The display does change if we push button. It even counts but sorry we do know how to operate or test this. This is in good condition as pictured. All knobs, buttons & connectors are fine. It does use the vintage type of power cord that is included. Local Buyers are welcome to inspect this in our warehouse before purchasing.
