TimePilot Vetro is a touchscreen timeclock designed for indoor use in an office or shop. Its elegant blue keypad lights up when the screen is touched. Vetro can be plugged into a network, or used on its own. When used on its own, data is collected and delivered to the TimePilot PC software on the included USB drive. Either way it's used, the system will save your organization hours of work and prevent math mistakes that cost your company money every pay period. Simple, no-maintenance system with no moving parts. Each employee is issued a single iButton that fits on their keychain. They clock in and out by tapping the iButton to the clock. Or you can have your employees clock in and out with a 4-digit ID number, and they don’t have to use iButtons. Each clock handles up to 500 employees and can hold as many as 12,000 clock-ins and clock-outs. Comes with 10 iButtons--enough for 10 employees. Have more employees? Just add iButtons. No monthly fees or fees to add employees, and iButtons can be re-assigned if an employee leaves your company. When TimePilot Vetro isn't in use, all you see on the sleek black touchscreen is the time and date. Touch the face of the clock or an iButton to one of the probes, and immediately the backlit blue keypad lights up. If you’re using the clock on your network, when it's time for payroll all your data is automatically waiting for you in the TimePilot database. If you’re not on a network, just collect the data at the clock on your USB drive, bring the drive to your PC or server and the data will be downloaded into the TimePilot database.
