This is for a Tin Lee Bandpass filter. Commonly used in RF Transmissions. It includes 2 F connectors (in and out) and 2 screw terminals for adjustments. I think it was factory set to 91.3MHz but can be tuned to an MHz in and out. Sold as is. Was never put in to production and just sat on a shelf for a couple of years but is in good shape. These can go for $500 USD or more.
