Tiny House On Wheels

US $83000

  • Vero Beach, Florida, United States
  • May 25th
This camper/tiny house was made recently from a pop-up trailer shell. The outside is almost complete, but will function as is and has no leaks (I was going to add a metal roof and some siding). The trailer undercarriage has recently been painted and there is a small amount of rust ONLY on the wheels (but could be painted) and crank ($20 at Lowes). It does need new tires as both have some splits from weathering and one is filled with fix-a-flat. The interior is all new wood finish and power is run through several outlets. All you need to run the power is a standard electrical outlet from the house. It includes a brand new mini fridge and a very cold AC. There is no plumbing as it was designed to go off-grid (a compost toilet and solar shower were the plan). There is a platform style built-in full-queen bed and a bookshelf, if you want it. I was going to put it on blocks and make a tiny house or you could use it as a spare/guest bedroom. No surprises here. It fits a 2inch ball, super lightweight. The dimensions are 85w, 145l, 78h + height of trailer. This trailer/tiny home is located in Jasper, Florida (not Vero Beach as it says on the pickup location) and is easy to move (tire with fix-a-flat still good, as is other tire). Delivery is available within 100 miles of zip 32052 for an extra $50 payable on delivery. NO RESERVE!
