Please note:  A notorized, formal Purchase Agreement needs to be received from the potential buyer to the seller prior to acceptance of an offer. Ownership of the Tiny House/Caboose will take place 10 days after full payment has cleared the seller's bank. A Bill of Sale will be issued at that time. The Tiny House/Caboose will be removed from its current location upon full payment/s clearance in seller's bank. Buyer's and Seller's contact information will be shared for the Purchase Agreement to be received by the seller. Additional things to consider: How the stairs will be transported. How the rails (the original rails that the caboose is sitting on) will be transported. The two plastic, 55 gallon septic tanks will be removed and discarded with adjacent plumbing disconnected. The "under the caboose cabinet" that was mounted for the hot water heater will most likely have to be removed for transport of the caboose. Because of the way the cabinet was custom constructed - its removal will most likely make it unuseable for future use.
