These features make it possible to solve numerous pulling and lifting problems in a practical and safe manner. The Tirmaster need not accompany a wire-drum for rolling up wire-rope, and is therefore small in size, light in weight. By moving the handle, left and right, the wire rope passes straight through the Tirmaster as if it were hauled hand over hand, by means of two jaw blocks inside the unit.
