Default shipping for factory drop ships is either ups, fedex or truck line for large shipments. Carriers for drop ships usually cannot be chosen and cannot ship to a PO box. Free shipping, when provided, is only for the “lower 48”. We can offer freight quotes for your area. For international shipments, default quote is for shipping only. Buyers assume VAT, duties, clearing fees and any other expenses that may occur. For larger shipments, we can offer quotes for complete door delivery. Preferred method for sending international parcels is Express mail. Note that if you choose the less expensive priority or first-class (when available), it doesn’t provide any tracking information. It is up to the buyer to request insurance for shipments. Damages: If an item’s packaging is damaged, please take notes of the damage and pictures of the item and box, inform the driver and contact the carrier immediately if the item itself looks broken. We can handle claim immediately but credit cannot be given until the item is received. We can charge and reship a replacement item and refund the credit card once everything is processed. Returns: On listings where returns are offered, we will accept returns for up to 14 days as long as item is in original packaging and not used or we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or deny return.
