THE STORE WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND DID NOT WANT TO USE IN THEIR OTHER STORES. THIS WAS MADE BY A USA COMPANY CALLED BADSF INC. THIS HAS A VERY HEAVY DUTY METAL STAND ON IT. THERE IS A BRACKET ON THE BACK OF THE NECK WHICH WOULD HOLD SOME KIND OF SIGN (NOT INCLUDED) IT WILL ADJUST FROM 19" TALL UP TO 32" THIS MEASURES APPROX. 20" FROM ELBOW TO ELBOW THE BASE SAYS THIS IS A SIZE 7 HALF FORM THIS IS VERY HEAVY AND THE SHIPPING UNFORTUNATELY HAS TO REFLECT THE COST OF THE WEIGHT OF THIS Immediate shipping after receipt of payment.
