This video takes the viewer, with a damaged 1" X 4 Flute Steel end mill through all the processes of machine set up for both correct angles and clearances, wheel dressing and grinding procedures starting with the Circle grinder pushing the damaged end back and spinning dish into the end of the end mill.  Then over to the OD grinder, adjusting the machine and wheel height for grinding the correct radial clearance angles on grinding the OD of the end mill.  Then over to the Gummer to gash out the end of the end mill for two center cutting flutes and two non center cutting flutes.  Then it's over to the End grinder with angle and clearance set ups for achieving the correct end grinding geometries.  The video is about 21 minutes long showing machine set ups, grinding procedures and how to calculate desired clearance angles.
