Top Lid Locking Handle for Stephan/Berkel/Hobart VCM 40 & 25 Mixer Includes Free Chrome Plated Locking Plate Description: This auction is for a new (NOS) compatible locking handle and a free triple-chrome plated locking plate for the Stephan/Berkel/Hobart VCM 40 & 25 mixers. Both of these parts were originally manufactured by Westglen Corporation for their WCM-445 vertical mixer however they are interchangeable due to the fact Westglen's vertical cutter mixer was essentially designed to be a mirrored version of the Stephan VCM-40. The body of the handle is a casted stainless steel part which has an electroless nickel plating added for corrosion resistance. The handle is used to secure the mixers mixers top lid closed and can be used with the existing OEM shaft pin to attach the handle to the bowl. I purchased the entire stock of Westglen's remaining inventory after they went out of business and a few of these items are presently available on my other Ebay listings.
