Please take a close look at the pictures for the cosmetic condition of the item. Unit powers up. We played with the menu options. They all seemed to be responding well. The LCD screen looks very clean with NO scratches. We were able to adjust its brightness level. The printer works just fine. We have no way to test the item further. To the best of our knowledge, the item is in working condition. Otherwise, we'll be glad to issue a FULL refund. Please refer to the refund policy below.
