Topcon Digital Transit DT-30 model Used that has the digital read out or screen with a blacked out ot blotched area as seen when you zoom in. The instrument powers up as it should and from an un experienced operator appears to be working but you are buying it as a possible parts unit if you have the DT-30 with other issues. The instrument and case has past owners marks by Sharpie on them. The glass is good on lenses and focuses as it should. The case has some of black liner missing.
