This item was in storage for many many years unused. I put new batteries in this item and it did not turn on. I could not find an instruction manual on-line. So I do NOT know if I was putting the batteries in wrong, or doing something wrong in trying to test. I have this item listed as parts or not working. Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
