You are bidding on a Topcon RL-H3C laser level with Topcon LS-70C receiver.  It is in used condition and does show wear to it.  They are dirty and need to be cleaned.  I am not sure how to test it, but I don't think it is working properly.  When turn on, it did power up.  But all three lights on front are flashing and the laser is not coming on or rotating.  So I think it will need to be repaired.  It has one bracket.  It has a Topcon LS-70C receiver.  When power turn on it does come on.  But I have no way of testing it.  It comes in the hard case.  The level would be good for spare parts or to fix and restore.  What you see in the pictures, is what you get.  It is being sold in as-is condition.  Buyer is to pay the shipping and handling, shipping outside of U.S. will pay exact shipping. I always combine shipping on multiple wins.
