Topcon RL-H3C Rotating Laser Level & Topcon LS-70C Receiver for Repair See Video. Please bear with me as I know nothing about this type of item. I can only describe what I have and what I have tested. This unit is in fair overall cosmetic condition. I can see off hand it is missing 2 screws for the base so it is loose. The glass in the window is cracked {broken}. I installed batteries in it and it does power on and the lights blink for a few seconds and the laser starts to spin as shown in the video. The receiver detects it and seems to be working. Both unit are dirty and need a good cleaning. The laser has a paint mark on top. The case is very dirty and also has paint marks but should clean up pretty good. I am listing this sale as not working or for parts. I am unable to fully test. Should be good for parts or repair.
